食品級導電UPE吸排軟管 ITH
應用範圍：
•硬壁光滑軟管，廣泛用於吸排多（duō）種化學品、藥品及食品（pǐn）。通過INERIS測試和批準，可適用於ATEX防爆場合。
軟管結構：
內管：食品級UPE(超高分（fèn）子多聚乙烯),白色，平（píng）滑，黑色導電（diàn）斑點貫穿內壁
增強層：高強度（dù）多層合成纖維，內置螺旋鋼絲增強（qiáng）。
外管：EPDM橡膠（三元乙丙），黑色，抗磨損，耐臭氧，耐大氣侵（qīn）蝕，平滑，布狀表麵。
溫（wēn）度範圍：-30°C 至 100°C
導電性（xìng）能（néng）：103Ω≤R≤106Ω
適用（yòng）標準（zhǔn）及（jí）認證：符（fú）合EN 12115, FDA, USDA, BfR, EN13463-1/EN 60079
Applications
hardwall smooth hose to convey a wide range of chemicals, food, petroleum products and oils. Tested and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas.
Construction
Inner tube: black and white speckled, smooth, food quality UPE.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose, 1x103Ω≤R≤1x106Ω/lgth.
Temperature range: -30°C(-22°F) +100°C(212°F) depending on medium.
Standard/Approval: EN 12115:11. Tube FDA tit.21 item 177.1520, USDA, BfR cat. III. Tested acc. to EN 13463-1/EN 60079. Phthalates free.
